1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of influencers in the PleiDoll Influencer Program ("the Program"). By applying to and participating in the Program, you ("Influencer" or "You") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

2. Program Overview

The PleiDoll Influencer Program is designed to allow influencers to promote PleiDoll products to their followers and earn rewards based on sales made using their unique affiliate link and/or promo code. Influencers will also receive rewards for creating and sharing unboxing or review videos.

3. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to influencers who are 18 years or older.
  • Influencers must have an active social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or other relevant platforms.
  • Influencers must have a minimum of [insert minimum followers, if any] followers/subscribers on their primary platform(s).

4. Application and Approval

  • Influencers must complete and submit the online application form to be considered for the Program.
  • PleiDoll reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
  • Upon approval, influencers will receive a unique affiliate link and/or promo code for tracking sales and rewards.

5. Influencer Responsibilities

  • Promotion: Influencers are required to create and share content that promotes PleiDoll products, such as unboxing videos, product reviews, or lifestyle posts, on their social media platforms.
  • Content Guidelines: All content shared by influencers must comply with PleiDoll’s guidelines, which will be provided upon approval. Content must be authentic, truthful, and respectful, and must not contain offensive material.
  • Disclosure: Influencers must clearly disclose any sponsored content, affiliate links, or promotional posts as per applicable advertising regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines in the U.S., or equivalent in other countries.
  • Brand Representation: Influencers must not misrepresent PleiDoll products or brand in any way. All claims about products must be accurate and reflect the true nature of the product.

6. Rewards and Commissions

  • Commission Structure: Influencers will earn a commission on each sale made through their unique affiliate link or promo code. The exact commission rate will be disclosed upon approval.
  • Unboxing Video Rewards: Influencers who create unboxing or review videos may receive additional rewards, including discounts or special incentives on future orders. The details of these rewards will be communicated directly to eligible influencers.
  • Payment: Payments will be made on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the total amount accumulated in commissions. Payments will be made via the agreed payment method (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).
  • Threshold for Payments: A minimum threshold of 500 USD may be required before payments are issued.

7. Termination and Account Suspension

  • Termination by Influencer: Influencers may choose to terminate their participation in the Program at any time by notifying PleiDoll via email.
  • Termination by PleiDoll: PleiDoll reserves the right to terminate an influencer's participation in the Program at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of non-compliance with the Program Terms, fraudulent activity, or violations of content guidelines.
  • Account Suspension: In the event of any suspicious activity or violation of these Terms, PleiDoll may suspend or deactivate an influencer’s account until the matter is resolved.

8. Confidentiality

Influencers agree to keep any confidential information related to PleiDoll's products, sales strategies, and marketing materials confidential, and not to share it with third parties without prior written consent from PleiDoll.

9. Intellectual Property

  • PleiDoll retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to its products, brand, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
  • Influencers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PleiDoll's intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting PleiDoll products as part of the Program. This license terminates immediately upon termination or expiration of the Influencer's participation in the Program.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • PleiDoll will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Program, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or any other economic loss.
  • Influencers agree to indemnify and hold harmless PleiDoll, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their participation in the Program, including violations of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles, California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles (LA).

12. Modifications

PleiDoll reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to influencers via email or other appropriate channels. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the influencer and PleiDoll with respect to the Program, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

14. Explanatory Rights
All explanations, interpretations, and clarifications regarding these Terms and Conditions, as well as any issues arising from the Program, are at the sole discretion of PleiDoll. PleiDoll reserves the right to modify or clarify any aspect of these Terms at any time.
